Describe the problem

I am trying to open multiple projects in multiple windows of Arduino IDE 2.3.6, but every time it's opening the first opened project in the new windows.

To reproduce

1. Open a project from "X" folder
2. Open another project from "Y" folder

You will see the project from "X" folder opened twice.

Expected behavior

The IDE must open different projects from different folders.
