Hub initialization will fail with some error like

RHUB HS:0 Enable
DEV HS.00 Allocate pipe, in = 0, out = 1
DEV HS.00 Setup stage fail, TUSB_CS_TRANSACTION_ERROR
DEV HS.00 Fail to get device descriptor
