It would be nice to automatically log the Arduino errors into a specific txt file.

I'd suggest that it automatically clears the log on a new IDE startup by default.

And for the debug IDE I'd rather create more individual files and keep them in the main directory or in a special /debug path with the startup date. It would also be nice if the cmd stays open (on double click) for Windows to actually see whats being logged.
