When I have opened the Arduino environment and drop down the Tools menu, the Serial Port menu is grayed out, and I cannot enter it. I am using an Arduino Uno board, and am running the Arduino 1.0.5 in Windows 8.1. Previosly, when I ran the IDE on my old computer with Windows XP, it ran perfectly well. Any help would be appreciated.
