Description

Hi -

Recently noticed that when using Arduino IDE v1.8.12 downloaded from the windows store (v.1.8.33), it was unable to locate my Pro Trinket. However, after downloading v1.8.12 directly from arduino.cc, installed as a program (not an app), it was able to find the Pro Trinket without issue. OS is windows 10 v1903.

Is this a known issue? Did a quick search and wasn't able to find reference to it.
