Steps to re-produce:

Go to http://angularjs.org/
Open "Develop" drop-down and click on "API Reference"
Select "1.2.13" from the version drop-down
Open "Develop" drop-down and right-click on "API Reference" and click on "Open Link on New Tab"
You'll see 500 Internal Server Error page
