Scrolling to the selected occurrence appears to not work, despite the bugfix in 2016. #2167

Bug description:
Despite the bugfix in the past, I (and others in the original thread more recently) have found that the ui-select no longer scrolls to the selected option. Is there something that needs to be added to my code to enable this, or is this an issue?
Recreated here in the past, selected option has no bearing on where the select opens to.
