vrecord throws a warning that Desktop Video 15.3 or later should be used, but these versions don't work at all #966

Description
When runing vrecord 2026年03月02日 there is a warning in the terminal saying to use Desktop Video 15.3 or later. However after installing these later versions Desktop Video no longer detects my decklink card. There's something very broken with Desktop Video 15.3. Vrecord appears to work fine with version 14.2.1 which I'm currently using. Can we silence this error and have the software suggest a range of versions that work well?
