I'm in need of a "Research Market, research user" agent/workflow #300

I want to be able to first ensure the idea that I'm submitting to generate an RFE is sound based on data. How might we include this critical step before someone runs the RFE builder workflow?

I would expect this to include things like connect to user telemetry data via Dataverse MCP, reflection by one model on data generated by perhaps a different model, confidence scoring on user need and value for Red Hat to build.
