multiple instances of operator share the same view of RFEs #116

If I have 2 "vTeam ambient code systems" deployed on the same cluster, they share a view of the projects - It proves that:

• no issue running more than 1 deployment of vTeam system
• no reason to run more than 1 deployment of vTeam system

Should there be more than 1 vTeam system on a single cluster? If so, we'd need to filter the view so it only sees RFEs created with itself, not any other instance of vTeam.
