Session runner template creator #111

I would like to be able to create my own opinionated session templates, similar to how the spec, plan, and task sessions have a template they follow.

Specifically a template would have preset prompt, repo, working directory, etc... all the params you would configure normally saved off as a template of of a session. Other users in my project could then use these templates to re run common tasks.
