What are you trying to modify

Using the crafting api we have, make a crafted bottle (Swiftness potion that cant be consumed for that fancy white sparkle)
As long as its in your inventory it racks up time (cant be in a container like a shulker box, backpack, or bundle) and you can use it to speed up some tile entity like a furnace or something to make it Work faster.
