I've suggested TrackerControl to many non-tech folks over the past few months and one issue that they face right away is that their social networking apps stop working. This is because TC blocks all socials by default (which is good) but can we maintain a whitelist to ensure that these apps keep functioning without any intervention? Like reddit.com should be allowed by default for the Reddit app, etc. If we can make TC into a install-and-forget kind of experience that does its magic in the background, I feel like a lot more folks would keep it installed on their phones.

Yeah, I like this. It'd make sense to forsee exemptions for certain apps. Do you think it'd be a rather small list of apps that need explicit rules?
