SentinelGate is young. I'm building it mostly solo on the engineering side, and I'm at the stage where every bit of real-world feedback matters more than anything I could ship.

I'm opening Discussions because the email-and-hope approach isn't working. If you've found this repo, tried SentinelGate, looked at the docs and closed the tab, or considered it and chose something else — I'd genuinely like to know why.

Some questions I can't answer without you:

• If you tried it: what confused you in the first 5 minutes?
• If you didn't try it: what's missing from the README that would've made you?
• If you're running agents in production today: what are you actually afraid of?

No wrong answers. Even "I looked at it and it's not for me because X" is a gift.
