Bug summary

Everything seems fine, but when playing back the recorded video it seems it's only showing a static non-moving screenshot of first frame.
I see my desktop but nothing moves (I moved the mouse and scrolled a web page during the recording)

I have to note that I have several screens (internal laptop display and external display).
The internal laptop display is disabled so ... I'm using only 1 display in fact.

Steps to reproduce
Just capture a video, be it a rectangular crop or the entire screen.
