Description

When are GPU packages released? We'd like to make sure they are available for the version of TensorFlow.NET we depend on, but it seems there is are a mix of non-overlapping versions for the Windows and Linux GPU packages.

The latest Windows-GPU version is 2.10.3, while the latest Linux-GPU version is 2.11.1, and the non-GPU version is 2.16.0.

We'd like to update to latest, but this would mean that folks would lose the ability to use the GPU versions. dotnet/machinelearning#7472 (comment)
