Authorization Error - You can't create channels #2797

Description
- Your Rocket.Chat app version: 3.4.1
- Your Rocket.Chat server version: 2.2.1
- Device (or Simulator) you're running with: iPhone 7
All works, except "New Channel" function. Authorization Error - You can't create channels - appears.
PC application and web working fine.
