Nomad Module for Rex #1581

Hello Folks,

its me again, releasing a Rex Module. This time for Nomad (HashiCorp).

Nomad is a workload orchestrator. You can use it to manage and deploy containerized and non-containerized applications and workloads on your machines. It tries to solve similar problems than Kubernetes but with less complexity and it is easier to setup and maintain.

In this context the Rex module can be used to deploy and manage your Nomad cluster and to schedule nomad jobs.
