User Accounts #2891

I think a nice feature would be to have User Accounts.
Example:
If I create a layout, I don't want the users to be able to see or edit it, usless I give them read/write permissions.
As an Admin or Manager they can sell all layouts.
I may have several users working on layouts but they don't need other users to see them unless they share it with another user.
If a user makes a change to a layout then the layout creator can see what was done and who made the change.

Just a thought :)
