I would like there to be a version that I can install and run it as a system service/host on all the platforms you support.

I have office computers (Windows & Linux) with multiple user accounts and it would be nice to be able to access the system without having the user logged in and opened by the user to access (with an ID that does not change unless the administrator/super user wants to generate a new ID).

On our systems sometimes I have to log into different user accounts while accessing the system remotely.

BTW: This is a great program, very useful for live support.
