Add Manual Dust Collection Support for K10+ / K10+ Pro / K11+ #504

Current Situation

K10+ / K10+ Pro / K11+ support dust collection through their charging or Auto-Empty Stations, but the OpenAPI does not provide a way to manually trigger dust collection.

Proposed Change

Please add manual dust collection support to the OpenAPI

Additional Context

The following robot vacuum API specifications include InDustCollecting or collectDust in their status or webhook fields, but do not provide a corresponding control command.
