I'm building the server using Docker (openbazaar/server), but after launching it and trying to connect with the Desktop (windows) app, it asks for credentials: username and password. It's not documented I think.

I saw another issue opened by another user here, showing the 'USERNAME' and 'PASSWORD' env variables. Well, I tried adding both, but I still cannot logging to the server.
