[FEATURE]: Correct LCOE calculation #253

Idea

In discussion with @SimoneOseiOwusu, we think it would make sense to discount the energy generation as well when calculating the LCOE value.

Suggested Soltuion

We should be able to reuse the same functions, but just discount the demand data beforehand. The locations where we believe this needs to be calculated are:

• Power cost calculation here
• Cost of electricity generation here

We should be able to repurpose the otoole definition of discount factor here
