How to calculate award value of a contract with modifications #1388

Discussion options

The original result notice is here: https://ted.europa.eu/en/notice/-/detail/133405-2024

It has 3 amendments

https://ted.europa.eu/en/notice/-/detail/360112-2026
https://ted.europa.eu/en/notice/-/detail/461907-2026
https://ted.europa.eu/en/notice/-/detail/472409-2026

The original notice value is 6 839 000,00 EUR

Are the modification notices supposed to be deltas? Or are they replacement of the original award?

To put it simply, from these 4 notices, how do I calculate the total amount of value awarded for each lot after all the modifications?

Hi,
Amounts are supposed to be updated amounts and not variations (deltas).

Okay, so that means the final awarded amount on LOT 001 is

2 701 345,92 EUR (https://ted.europa.eu/en/notice/-/detail/472409-2026 last lot 1 modification) and
2 611 000,00 EUR is just historical previous value (https://ted.europa.eu/en/notice/-/detail/360112-2026 first LOT 001 modification)

So for the question "What was the awarded amount on LOT 001" I can just look at the last time LOT 001 was modified and take the specified value there?

indeed and information about the delta has been given has part of the description of the change.
