Plans at a Glance

How Per-User Billing Works

User count is automatically detected via the Google Workspace License API — no manual seat management needed.

Monthly plans: You're charged based on your peak active user count each month. Simple.

Annual plans: You commit to a baseline seat count upfront (e.g., 50 users). If your usage exceeds that in any month, overage is billed at the monthly rate for the extra users.

Example:

• Annual Pro, 50 committed seats = 2ドル x 50 x 12 = 1,200ドル/year
• Month where you have 58 users = 8 overage x 3ドル = 24ドル extra that month

Offboarding Packs (Pro add-on)

Pro subscribers can purchase credit packs for email transfers and chat exports:

Each credit = 1 email transfer + 1 chat export (one employee offboard). Credits don't expire while your Pro subscription is active.
