We're building MonitorWorkspace in the open and want your input on what features matter most.

Current Roadmap (Q1-Q2 2026)

• User directory with sorting and filtering
• Group health monitoring and cleanup
• Gmail monitoring (transparent + full)
• Google Chat monitoring
• License management dashboard
• Email transfer (offboarding)
• Chat export (offboarding)
• Automated group cleanup (Business tier)
• Usage-based billing with overage tracking
• SSO / SAML integration (Enterprise)
• Scheduled reports & alerts
• Multi-org / MSP support
• Chrome extension for quick admin actions

How to Request a Feature

1. Search first — Check if someone has already requested it
2. Create a new discussion in the Ideas category
3. Be specific — Describe the problem you're trying to solve, not just the solution
4. Vote — Use thumbs up reactions on existing ideas to show support

Feature Request Template

When creating a new idea, please include:

**Problem:** What problem does this solve?
**Proposed solution:** How would you like it to work?
**Alternatives considered:** Any workarounds you've tried?
**Priority:** Nice-to-have / Important / Critical

What We're NOT Building

To set expectations, these are out of scope:

• DLP / data loss prevention (use Google's built-in DLP)
• Endpoint management (use Google Endpoint Management or MDM)
• Email archiving / eDiscovery (use Google Vault)
