use PARTUUID instead of /dev/mmcblk0p2 #4

I tried to boot from usb stick, but with no success.
Seems the cmdline.txt and the /etc/fstab uses /dev/mmcblk0p*.

If you change the /dev/mmcblk0p* with the correct PARTUUID=a6fa0401-0* it works ok.

Really like your version of Alpine Linux !
