Secure Boot now works: the published kernel is signed The four linux-image builds on the release page carry a SkillFishOS signature as of today, so skillfish-secureboot is no longer half a feature: enrol the key once and the machine boots with Secure Boot on. One trap documented because it bites everyone who already runs 7.2.0: the kernel package skips the download when that version is installed, so an existing system keeps the unsigned build until a new version comes out. The manual replacement is written down and was tested on a real board - unsigned before, CN=SkillFishOS Secure Boot after, initramfs and GRUB regenerated.

Users had no way to find that out. Says plainly what works today (turn Secure Boot off) and what is coming (the kernel is signed and skillfish-secureboot enrols the key). Verified before writing: the kernel currently published on the release page carries no signature, so the tool alone does not help yet - the page will be updated when the signed kernel ships.

Wiki catch-up: kernel 7.2.0, Unsloth, three mirrors, four missing apps The wiki had not moved since 10 June while the system had. It said the kernel was 7.0.11 (it is 7.2.0), that the AI stack was Ollama plus OpenWebUI in Docker (it has been Unsloth Studio on Vulkan since 26.08), that the apt source names a single address (it is a mirror list with failover), and it listed neither the Remote Manager nor Fan Control nor Snapshots nor Emulators — four packages we publish. The app list was compared against what the archive actually serves rather than against memory. Also dropped the SourceForge mirror from the page: it is still online and still serving a Release from 10 June, so pointing anyone at it would hand them a two-month-old tree.
