fix: Settings tab layout — Scheduler and Cutoff Unmet side by side as cols2 (v4.2.0) ui-tab-settings.html: Scheduler and Cutoff Unmet cards were stacked as individual full-width blocks. Wrapped in grid cols2 with align-items:start so they sit side by side matching the confirmed mockup. Radarr/Sonarr sub-labels in Cutoff Unmet updated to use the bordered uppercase inline style matching the Auto-Exclusion pattern in Advanced. Validation: 303/303 checks, 100/100 pytest, flake8 clean.

docs: v4.1.0 wiki update — auto-exclusion, mobile orientation, v4.1.0 content Home.md — version bumped to v4.1.0. New "Using Nudgarr on Mobile" section added covering portrait tabs, landscape tabs, and what requires desktop. Exclusions.md — full Auto-Exclusion section added: how it works, four conditions, timing note, desktop and mobile configuration, auto-unexclude, source distinction, desktop status bar badge, mobile nav badge, disabled popup, Reset Auto-Exclusions, and notification trigger. Settings-Reference.md — four auto-exclusion fields added to Advanced tab table with import check interval note. Auto-Exclusion notification trigger added to Notifications table between Import Confirmed and Error. How-Nudgarr-Works.md — import tracking section expanded to cover auto-exclusion evaluation running at end of each import check cycle, with cross-reference to FAQ. Glossary.md — Auto-Exclusion and Auto-Unexclude entries added. FAQ-and-Troubleshooting.md — Auto-Exclusion section added with three questions: timing/interval behaviour, title auto-excluded but downloaded successfully, and bulk clear via Danger Zone.

Wiki: v4.0.0 feature updates — Filters page, sweep pipeline, mobile nav Adds Filters wiki page covering tag and quality profile filtering, desktop and landscape mobile usage, sweep pipeline position, logging, and storage. Updates _Sidebar.md to insert Filters between Per-Instance Overrides and Radarr & Sonarr Backlog. How-Nudgarr-Works: sweep pipeline renumbered 1-9 with filter step inserted at step 3; Sweep tab stats table replaced with v4.0.0 two-band layout (Library State and This Run). Per-Instance-Overrides: mobile portrait Quick Settings reference updated to Settings tab. Exclusions: mobile nav updated to v4.0.0 structure — Exclusions is now an inner tab within History, not a standalone nav item. Settings-Reference: Log Level setting added to Advanced tab. Setup-and-Configuration: nudgarr.log and nudgarr-secret.key added to Data files table.

Add GitHub wiki Adds all 9 wiki pages and a custom sidebar for the GitHub wiki repo. Pages: Home, Setup & Configuration, How Nudgarr Works, Settings Reference, Radarr & Sonarr Backlog, Exclusions, Notifications (Apprise), FAQ & Troubleshooting, Glossary. Sidebar orders pages from orientation through installation, feature docs, and reference material.
