Compactor and Apple ICloud (Possible Corruption)? #96

Description
Just used compactor to compact all the files on my pc. However when I came back to it, it said my icloud was corrupted and I need to sign back in again. However if I do this, I risk having my files deleted.
Is there a way to undo the compaction and save my files?
