I don't understand why the search results only include files from my C drive and not from the D drive. Can someone tell me why?Thanks!

I think I already have Everything plugin in FlowLaucher,But I don't now why it still only search in C files.Thanks a lot for sovle my problem!

First, confirm that your search in Everything is working normally. Then, if you restart Flow Launcher, will there be any changes? Also, did you find anything when checking Flow Launcher?
