Search option in Settings page #384

Hi maintainers,

The application is awesome, and the settings page has a ton of configuration options to choose from (which is a good thing).
However, I find myself lost in the settings page trying to find one particular option which I use a lot, that is Per-app VPN. I use this often to add remove apps which I want to proxy requets from.

Can we please add a seach option on settings page and if possible add option to pin certain options from settings page into the hamburger menu so they can be accessed immediately.
