OAT Analysis

The file _Run_sh_w_SA_OAT.sh can be used to perform sensitivity analysis of a number of chosen variables.
These variables must be defined in advance, employing the file Run_sh_w_SA_OATvars.R which collects data from the list Run_sh_w_SA_OATvars.csv.
Once the variables are defined, the script _Run_sh_w_SA_OAT.sh specifies the reference archetype to which the analysis will be applied, as well as the size of the parametrisation.
./myScript/_Workflows/_Run_sh_w_SA_OAT.sh [id] [size]
[Note] In this workflow, the resulting evaluation time will be dependent upon size x defined variables + a global combination.
