Memento has not been updated since 2023. It has compatibility issues with Pluto.jl and with Julia 1.13 beta.
Both InfrastructureModels.jl and PowerModels.jl have removed Memento.jl and switched to Logging.jl. The same should be done in PowerModelsACDC.jl.
Relevant PRs:
