Max6675 with mechanical relay #34

Hello,
Forgive me if this is a silly question,
I'm trying to manipulate the Examples_MAX6675_PTC_SSR to grab the output and use it to turn on a mechanical relay for a percentage of the time period (say 8s), but I cant seem to find the right output to use. The Output and output variables are just a constant number so I'm confused what variable I would use.
