Set a delay to update #4576

I am sorry if this option is already available, but I couldn't find it. Recently there have been cases of well known software being infected. Would it be possible to have a setting where you could set how many days you want to wait for UniGet to show that something has an update. And then it would not install the most recent version when prompted on the main update many, but instead the version which was delayed.

This might prove some extra protection for the user.

This is being worked on, we just added the option for package managers that support it natively: #4573

A Minimum age for updates setting is now available in the Package update preferences. Note that not all package managers provide the publication date, the supported package managers are listed below.

Can we please get a fallback option that sets an internal "publication" date field on the first time an update was seen by UniGetUI, for package managers like WinGet?

I'm really getting worried about those compromised updates lately and I'd like to make sure to only install updates that have been around for 7+ days, regardless of package manager.
