Feature Proposal: Footer for Enhanced Navigation

Description: I propose adding a footer at the bottom of the CloudCV platform to enhance navigation and user accessibility. This footer will provide quick access to key sections like About Us, Quick Links, Support, and Legal Information, as well as links to our Social Media profiles. With this footer, users will be able to navigate the site more efficiently and access essential resources from any page.
