Application Gateway for Containers support for ARO #355

AGC doc reminds on one hand the AKS CNI-overlay implementation whereas on the other hand ARO relies on OVN-Kubernetes network plugin.

So the question is : is AGC supported with ARO ?
If so, how to install it ?
