wiki: collapse to redirect stubs — canonical docs live at async-io.live/docs
Every wiki page is now a 3-line stub pointing at its Starlight equivalent. The wiki duplicated 26 pages of framework documentation which was drifting from the main docs on every release; replacing with redirects preserves inbound links from old blog posts and forum threads while removing the second surface operators had to keep in sync.
