Allow skipping of the battle setup teapot screen #187

Describe the feature

This is mostly to allow for full compatibility with translate FGO, but skipping it also cuts down on time for mission setup when doing a bunch of upgrade quests.

This is the only screen I've seen FGA have issues with when translated to English. Rather than adding checks to support the translated version, I think the better change here would just be a settings option to skip this check prior to every battle.
