Notifications for snapshots sync and HCIO support #19

Hi @007revad,

I use your HDD script to write the compatibility list auto, and it is great work ! ( I was doing it by hand... ). And I saw your account, and all the little things you did for synology nas in general... So I would like to share a thing with you I have on my mind because maybe you could be the hero of that story ^^.

At my work we use healthchecks.io a lot. And we have a lot of synology to synology btrfs snapshots replication. The thing is we never found a way to get the synology to report the status of the sync to healtchecks.io. Do you have some inputs on that subject ? Do you know if we can hook somewhere in the synology replication scheduler ?
