doc: Add acronyms for MITM and SNI
2021年6月25日 02:29:03 +0000 (11:29 +0900)

them marked up with <acronym>.

While on it, make sure to spell man-in-the-middle with dashes
consistently, and add acronyms for those new terms where appropriate.
