Add a 'build' script. All it currently does is prompts the user for additional 'lib'
directories to search to find libraries, and then runs ./configure directly

src/build [new file with mode: 0644] blob

src/configure diff | blob | blame | history

src/configure.in diff | blob | blame | history

This is the main PostgreSQL git repository.
