pgcrypto: Remove explicit hex encoding/decoding from tests

pgcrypto: Remove explicit hex encoding/decoding from tests

This was from before the hex format was available in bytea. Now we
can remove the extra explicit encoding/decoding calls and rely on the
default output format.
