JVMTI test cases

It's very hard to reproduce any JVMTI test failures because some of
the actions when the tests are run are not logged. So, there is no
way for someone who is looking at the log file to re-run any of the
tests by hand.
Please, whenever you call exec* (target_compile, local_exec. etc.) to
launch a program to build or run a program, do something like this:
 send_log "byte compile: $javac -g [list $file] -d $objdir 2>@ stdout\n"
[ Example from bytecompile_file in libjava.exp. ]
Thanks,
Andrew.
