This is a bug report, and like very other bug report it needs a
reproducible test case.
So, you must tell us.
* What browser you use.
* Exactly what you did, in precise detail, in the exact order that you
 did it. This includes the exact PR#, the exact text, the precise
 buttons you presed, and so on.
And then we can try to duplicate your problem. If you don't give us
enough information, we can't do that. Otherwise, we'll spend ages
just trying things in an attempt to duplicate the problem. The more
precise your reports, the more likely someone is to try to do
something about them.
