Here is the version details :
1. Crosstool - 0.42.
2. gcc-4.1.0
3. glibc-2.3.6
4.powerpc-750-linux-gnu.
As I mentioned I was able to build the gcj for PPC 750.
The
/opt/crosstool/gcc-4.1.0-glibc-2.3.6/powerpc-750-linux-gnu/powerpc-750-l
inux-gnu/lib directory has the following gcj related files (this is the
output of ls -lrt *gcj*)

Yes, probably. You need to tell us more: what versions, what did get
built, etc, etc.
