libgcj and MinGW, compilation problem

I tried building gcc 4.2 branch on AMD64 Linux, and that file took
1:14 to compile, peaking at 470 Mbytes memory usage. That's using an
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4800+.
So, whatever is going on when you try that build isn't a generic gcc
problem. Perhaps mingw is leaking memory somewhere.
