My fault. I didn't find it with Google, so I assumed it's gone... It was 
on tripod.com (or something like that) before...

At least someone else I pointed to your manual was able to compile GCJ 
with it. Well, he had some trouble compiling GMP and MPFR, but that's 
the only thing missing and was fixed rather fast.
