how to build libgcj.dll?

Actually, the change I meant was done in 4.2 if I remember right. Looks 
like a regression or at least like they changed it back...

Well, do something like:
ar x libgcj.a # extracts a lot of objects
gcj yourstuff messagebundles-something.o
